Part 1 summative evaluation

Part One of my summative evaluation:

Q1. My product and business is a bar and grille with a arcade and entertainment area.

Q2. I'm creating this brand to make money, provide good service and entertainment and a place where the whole family can gather for almost any occasion. I also want to create this brand to provide great food and drink at acceptable prices whil still making a profit and i want to create this so that every menu will have an email address and phone number so that any patron of the restaurant can give in their ideas on improving the restaurant. I'm promoting this business to give great times and allow customers to have more control and effect on the place they eat and spend money.

Q3. Well i want the brand and logo to be fun yet comforting and in some ways when you look at it you want to spend your money and time in the establishment.

Q4. My first way of promoting the bar would be to get ads out in the newspaper like metro 24 hour and the sun because they are the most read news papers in toronto. Then to get a few bill boards up either near the location or within a few kilometers to get the business started then i would look into expansion.

Q5. Well, any other bar and grill out there, restaurants, fast food places pool bars ect.

Q6. I will need a large enough space to have the establishment, it is partly a bar where sports games will be viewed but then it is also a restuarant, there will be pool tables and an arcade area, and most of all it will be known for its good food and great service and affordable prices.

Q7. Families for the restaurant and arcade part of the bar and an adult community for the sports bar section. The people I'm trying to sell this to are middle class people, younth and adults.

Q8.
